Vikram takes care of liaising with clients and reporting the company on the progress of all projects. Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors, Monitoring build costs and project progress, conducting quality and safety inspections, Maintaining quality control checks.

Vikram has close to 15 years of experience in large project and team handling with significant hands-on expertise in strategizing growth phases within the standard compliances.

His experience also covers other diverse disciplines ranging across service industry, and client management.

Previously, Vikram was associated with established brand like NSEIT LTD (100% subsidiary of National Stock Exchange of India -NSEIL) – a brand he joined from its initial phase. He has a proven track of providing innovative business solutions and driving operational efficiencies by leveraging multiple new-age project management levers.
